Location: Seidman Pre-op (located past Mather PACU on 2nd floor)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:30am to 2pm

Staff: Dr. Merman, Dr. Mohapatra, Dr. Ghaly, Dr. Gelman

The APS pager is shared among the team throughout the month. Each weekend residents will take turns rounding on APS patients on our service. To prepare for this rotation we recommend reviewing some anatomy and watch block tutorials on the app of your choice. Recommendations are provided below.

    • At CMC we most commonly perform QL3, ESP, paravertebral, Adductor Canal, Sciatic, SIFI, PENG

    • During community pain month you will do more upper extremity but occasionally there are some supraclavicular, interscalene, and other UE blocks.

  • ASRA Coags (now paid but many ways to find a free version)
